You will not only be able to post your comments about stories or other subjects on the site, but will also be able to upload photos you believe will be of interest to the site’s many visitors. We hope this will foster vibrant debate about matters of local interest, and the posting of photos, we believe, will help the residents of our communities get to know each other better.

We are anxious to get to know you as well, so we are encouraging everyone to post photos illustrating their summer “fun” activities. Our staff will judge the photos submitted up through August 17 and pick a “winner.” The person who submitted that winning photo will be awarded dining certificates for the Bistro Z restaurant at the Doubletree Hotel, valued at $100. And, the photo also may be published in the September issue of The Hudson Independent.
