Hair Expressions, Sleepy Hollow’s newest salon and day spa for women and men, provides professional full-service care at affordable prices. Owner Maribel Illescas opened her salon in August, and has been expanding services ever since. Not only does Hair Expressions provide hair styling, manicures and pedicures, an esthetician is on staff for facials, waxing, body polishes, and body scrubs; massages and eyebrow threading are available, all at a reasonable cost. Children’s haircuts are specially priced, and first-time clients get a discount on any salon service.

Special packages are created with the specific customer in mind, and extras always enhance the personal experience at Hair Expressions. Customers enjoy Maribel’s Bridal, Quinceanera, and Sweet Sixteen Packages, all of which include a body scrub, any type of massage, a facial, manicure, pedicure, and hair styling, ending with a make-up application by a trained esthetician. Redken and American Crew hair products enhance clients’ hair care.

Salon owner, Illescas describes her “…. salon where people feel good about themselves” in a roomy, welcoming environment, where they “experience excellent service and high-quality expertise, all reasonably priced for the current economy.” And, she is happy to be in Sleepy Hollow, where her husband grew up and where she still has family.
